Detailed Description:

The automotive intake air temperature sensor corrects the density of the incoming air through the intake air temperature, thereby calculating the mass of the air; its function is to detect the intake air temperature of the engine, convert the intake air temperature into a voltage signal and input it to the ECU as a signal for injection correction. In addition, the intake air temperature sensor has a thermistor (negative temperature coefficient), which extends into the intake air flow to measure the intake air temperature; the thermistor is a component of the voltage divider circuit, and the engine control unit provides it with a 5V voltage. The voltage of the thermistor depends on the air temperature.
